Barrett Spahn Obituary (1957

SPAHN, Barrett,, 58, of Tampa, FL, formerly of Cincinnati, OH, passed peacefully on November 25, 2015. Barrett was born on September 29, 1957 in Cincinnati, OH, beloved son of Lois Spahn and the late Howard Spahn of Cincinnati, OH. He is survived by his sister Cindy Spahn of Tampa, FL; brother Ken Spahn of Boca Raton, FL; sister Cheryl Spahn of Cincinnati, OH; along with many relatives and dear friends. Services were held at Congregation Schaarai Zedek. A Memorial Service will be held at 2pm on December 11, 2015 at Rockdale Temple in Cincinnati, Ohio; and a Celebration of Life will be held at 7pm at the home of Cheryl Spahn 7145 Elbrook Cincinnati, OH 45237. In lieu of flowers of gifts, memorial contributions may be made in Barrett's name to LifePath Hospice of Tampa or American Cancer Society.
