Born June 5, 1934 Wauwatosa Wisconsin of Clyde L Stauff and Florence (Kelly) Stauff. Graduated from Portage High School in Wisconsin. Graduated from Prospect Hall in Milwaukee Wisconsin. First job was at Ogden and Company. She lived in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin for 15 Years before moving to Cape Coral, Florida in 1978. Diane was a well respected Realtor for over 30 years and was involved in Girl Scouts for 30 years. She loved scouting. A group of 10 friends in scouts since first grade and all still friends to this day. Great Experiences! Diane enjoyed family camping, golf, gardening, entertaining and cooking. Great Grandfather Jacob Stauff, 26th regiment Wisconsin 1862-1865 flag bearer carried into battle during the civil war during General Sherman's Atlanta campaign. He carried the Regimental Flag throughout the Civil War and during the Grand Review in Washington D.C. May 1815. The flag was restored by the family and is in Wisconsin Veterans Museum in Madison Wisconsin.
Diane was happily married to Marvin M. Cohen for 59 years. He passed away July 2014. Survived by three children, we are so proud of Stephanie (Stephen) Storch, Mark Cohen (Celeste) and Daniel Cohen, all of Tampa, 5 grandchildren Michael Pupello, Katherine Pupello, Emily Cohen, Monica Burke, Stephanie Burke and great granddaughter Olivia. Three loving sisters Nancy Slusser H. Myers, Jacqueline Talamantes (Ray) and Suzanne Pieper (Dick) of Milwaukee. Sisters-in-law Diddy Pittelman and Myra Gordon and many caring nieces and nephews.
