Dora Hurwitz

Dora Hurwitz, 97, of Tampa, died Wednesday March 11, 2009. Preceded in death by her husband Matthew, she is survived by two daughters, Rosalie Glagov of Altamonte Springs, and Terrill Hameroff of Tampa; five grandchildren, Marcia Hameroff, Bonnie Turner, Jeff Hameroff, David Glagov, and Eric Glagov; and eight great-grandchildren. She was a member of the former Beth Israel Synagogue and their Sisterhood, the National Council of Jewish Women, Congregation Schaarai Zedek, Brandeis University, and was a volunteer for LifePath Hospice. Funeral services and burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk, Virginia at 3:00 p.m. Monday March 16, 2009.
