Franklyn Delano Ramlochan

Frank Ramlochan, 82 of Tampa, FL, died peacefully at home at the side of his wife of 33 years. Frank was born in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad & Tobago to Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Ramlochan. He migrated to United States in 1990 and married the love of his life, Maltee Singh.

Frank is survived by his wife Maltee; his daughter Sandra Ramlochan, granddaughters Lisa and Chrissy and three great grand. His siblings Evangelene Jardine (Ken), Glenda Aungst, Debbie Poutre (Ray) and Lennox (Chinee) and many loving nieces & nephews.  Frank is preceded in death by his parents, his sisters, Cynthia Juanette, Monica Ramlochan, Gail Bushman and nephew Ricardo Jardine.

His professional career as an accountant started at PTSC Trinidad, Agostini Insurance Brokers Trinidad, Barnett Bank Tampa FL and ended at Franklin Templeton in St. Petersburg FL. His acting career started and ended at WEDU vehicles donation.

Frank was a man who truly lived life to the fullest. He loved nothing more than the thrill of watching his favorite horses cross the finish line, he was a passionate cricket fan, always eager to catch the latest matches and cheering on his favorite college football team through thick and thin. 

Frank was a man of many talents. He had a sharp wit and a great sense of humor, always ready with a joke to make those around him smile. He was a loyal friend and a devoted husband, always putting his loved ones first and bringing joy to their lives.

Though Frank may no longer be with us, his memory will live on in the hearts and minds of all who knew him. He will be greatly missed, and his legacy of laughter, love, and a deep passion for life will continue to inspire us all. Rest in peace, Frank.

A celebration of Life for Frank will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, June 3rd, 2023, at New Beginnings Christian Church 4100 S. Manhattan Ave. Tampa FL 33611.

In lieu of Flowers donations can be made to Mission India  and Meals on Wheels of Tampa, charities that were dear to Frank.
