Jewell Bukantz

Jewell W. Bukantz, 93, of Tampa, died Thursday, August 7, 2008. She is survived by her husband, Dr. Samuel C. Bukantz; daughters Dorothy Bukantz and Jessica Blueberry; granddaughter Emily Claire Blueberry; niece Maryann Smith; and nephew Glen Polatty. Mrs. Bukantz was a member of Congregation Schaarai Zedek. A memorial service will take place at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 10 at Congregation Schaarai Zedek, 3303 W. Swann Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33609.
