Katherine Vicmar Diaz

Katherine was born in Tampa, and spent her life in Nebraska and Tampa, where she married her loving husband, Neomar Enrique Zabalza Flores, and raised her five beautiful children: Davin Shouse, Evan Shouse, Kiara Shouse, Neomar Flores Jr., and Nayeli Flores. She had a kind heart and was dedicated to her children.  As a nurse and a very caring person, she spent her life giving to people.  

She is also survived by her mother,  Myriam Alvarez, father, Victor Manuel Diaz, her bonus mom, Patricia Diaz, her siblings, Aubrey Diaz and Ariana Diaz, and her grandchildren, Anaiyla and Josiah, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Katherine is preceded in death by her late grandparents: Julio Alvarez, Luz Alvarez, Cruz Diaz and Aurea Santiago, as well as her aunts Blanca Alvarez and Zulma Diaz.  

Katherine was loved and will be missed by many.

Lastly, Katherine wanted people to know that she fought until the end and never gave up, and that she will be watching over all of you, especially her children, grandchildren, and husband.
