Laura Miles

MILES, Laura M., age 81, of Clearwater, died on June 2, 2012. Mrs. Miles was born in Council Bluffs, IA and came to the Tampa Bay area in the 1970's and permantley moved here in the early 1990's. She was a parishioner at the Light of Christ Catholic Church where she sang in the choir, a member of the Tampa Bay Tres Dias, a number of Women's groups including the Christian Women's Group of Clearwater and volunteered in nursing at Top of the World where she lived. Survivors include her sons, John Robert Miles of Omaha, NE, Sid Miles of Tampa, daughters, Debra Hensley, Louisville, KY, Rebecca Hissong, Culver, IN, Tina Plank of Walton, IN, sister, Patricia Brown of Darlington, MO and six grandchildren. A memorial mass for the repose of her soul will be celebrated on Wednesday at 1:30pm at the Light of Christ Catholic Church, Clearwater.
