Lawrence Aarons

AARONS, Lawrence Scott, age 56 of Tampa died Friday, April 4, 2014. Mr. Aarons was born in Newark, NJ and although he lived in Tampa he had a strong connection to the State of Israel where he lived with his family on two separate occasions. He was a graduate of Stetson Law School and practiced immigration and family law. A member of Congregation Kol Ami, Larry was a devoted family man and enjoyed working with his hands. He found pleasure in working extensively in home improvements and woodworking. Survivors include his beloved wife of over 21 years, Elanit, his mother, Jackie Gothard, father and step-mother, Jerry & Isabel Aarons, four sons, Adam, Erez, Adev & Itai, brother and sister-in-law, Todd & Nava Aarons and sister, Stacey Aarons. Funeral services will be held Sunday, 11:00 AM at Congregation Kol Ami, 3919 Moran Road, Tampa. Interment will follow at Gan Shalom Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Jewish National Fund, Reference # HN#143007, 1951 NW 19th Street, Suite A100, Boca Raton, FL 33431.
