Lawrence "Larry" Jay Braunstein

Lawrence “Larry” Jay Braunstein, 72, of Tampa, FL passed away on Friday November 24th. He was born April 23, 1951 in Brooklyn, NY to Morris and Florence Braunstein. After graduating from FDR High School in 1968, he went on to study Psychology at SUNY Buffalo. He subsequently obtained a certificate in Computer Programming from NYU and went on to have a career in Information Technology at the Equitable in NYC and Verizon in Tampa. He retired in 2014 to become a full-time New York Yankees and Tampa Bay Lightning fan. He also loved to travel, having spent three years living in Tokyo during his late 30s. He is predeceased by his parents and his brother Philip, sister-in-law Eileen, and nephew Ian. He is survived by daughter Megan (fiancé Stephen) and nephew Evan (wife Kristina).
