Leon Kittay

Leon Kittay, 93, formerly of Tampa, died Saturday, September 20, 2008 in Rhode Island. Preceded in death by his wife Sylvia, he is survived by his son, Michael Kittay, M.D.; daughter Lydia Gadelof; 5 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren. Graveside funeral services will take place at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, at Segal Funeral Home ~ Beth David Chapel, 3909 Henderson Boulevard, Tampa, with interment to follow at Beth Israel Cemetery, Tampa. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
