Mary Grizzell

Mary Jane Grizzell, age 91 of Tampa died Friday, April 1, 2011. Mrs. Grizzell was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota and came to Tampa over 25 years ago from southern Illinois. She was a musician and received national recognition as a pianist at the age of 18, a graduate of the Eastman School of Music and was a music professor at Southern Illinois University. Survivors include her beloved husband of 65 years, Leland, daughter and son-in-law, Sam & Lynn Reiber of Tampa, grandchildren, Andrew Reiber and Lesley Cohen (Seth) and great granddaughters, Haley Rose Cohen and Shoshana Elizabeth Cohen. Graveside services were held Friday April 1, 2011. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Hillel School of Tampa,
