Milt spent 62 years in St. Paul, MN. He grew up in the Selby-Western area and graduated from Mechanic Arts High School. He worked as a chef at various restaurants. He owned the Red Top Diner on Snelling Ave. from 1956-63 where he gave guidance to the local teenagers and was famous for the "Awful- Awful Burger".
