Peter Paul Barno Jr.

Peter P. Barno Jr. was born December 16, 1946 in Tampa Florida. He Passed away on April 2, 2022, after a year long battle with Leukemia. He is preceded in death by his father (Peter), mother (Gwen) and brother (Frank)

Devoted husband of Brenda.  Beloved father of Andrew (Amy) and Brenna (Mark).   Proud Papa of 5 grandchildren: Zachary, Rachel, Anna, Becca and Abby.

 

Pete and Brenda were married for 49 years. Theirs was a marriage of deep, abiding love and faithful friendship. He was a loving husband, servant of the Lord, dedicated father and grandfather. Pete served his community well with Tampa Fire Rescue for 34 years. After retiring, he and Brenda traveled this beautiful country that he loved, camping, hiking and serving within the National Park System. He is loved by his family, church and friends, and will be forever missed by all those whose lives he touched with his kindness, helpfulness and generosity.

 

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to Moffitt Cancer Center in honor of the excellent care they provided to Pete.
