Susan Rojas

ROJAS, Susan, 89, of Tampa, died on May 15, 2024 in Clearwater, Florida.  Susan was born in Berlin, Germany, and came to Tampa in 1979 from Chile.  She was a Holocaust survivor and a member of Congregation Schaarai Zedek.  She is preceded in death by her loving husband of over 40 years, Geo Rojas, her mother, Herta Behr, her sister, Gabriele Nardone, and her brother, Louis Helish.

She is survived by her two daughters, Monica Fishman and Debora (Jeffrey) Meyerson, her son, Miguel Lob, granddaughter, Rachel (David) Steyer, grandson, Matthew Fishman, great grandchildren, Ellison Steyer, Myles Dubbin,  Jennifer Meyerson Dubbin, and Jonathan Meyerson, great great granddaughter, Madelyn Meyerson. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her honor to Metro Ministries or Feeding Tampa Bay.
