Sylvia Katz

Katz, Sylvia passed away June 1, 2016. She was born in Poland and has lived in Canada, Brooklyn, NY, and Baltimore, MD, where she met and married her beloved Jack prior to settling in Florida where she resided for over 40 years. Sylvia was preceded in death by her Husband, Jack Katz and Great Grandchild, Jordon Rinde. She is survived by her daughters; Susan (Lawrence) Leibowitz, Myrna (Joseph) Stancliff, Paula Katz and Debby (Tim) Wunner and by her five beloved Grandchildren; Marc (Kelley) Oler, Michael Oler, Amy (Adam) Rinde, Jeremy (Amy) Abramson and Adam Abramson. She is also survived by three Great Grandchildren; Sydney Abramson, Alex Abramson and Emma Abramson. Sylvia was a devoted Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She will be greatly missed, but our many wonderful memories of her will sustain us through this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Congregation Kol Ami or a charity of your choice.
