Timothy James Tamargo

Timothy “TIMBUK” James Tamargo 56, lifelong resident of Tampa unexpectedly passed away on July 5, 2023. Timmy was a happy spirit who lived life fast and to the fullest, He was a successful self-employed pool deck contractor, but most of all he was a devoted friend who will be missed greatly by all. Timmy is survived by his father Manuel Tamargo (Cathy); his mother Marlene Tamargo; his brother Manny Tamargo (Danielle); his sister Yvette Gil (Derek); his brothers Nicholas and Patrick Tamargo. He is also survived by his daughter Tori Tamargo; his son Trace Tamargo. Timmy’s extended family includes Carly Puleo Antinori and her children, who he loved as his own, Julia and Albert Antinori, Ross and Carmelyn Puleo, Anthony and AnnMarie Puleo, and MaryJane Ijames; his uncle Dennis Tamargo (Judy); his aunt Karen Tamargo Withee; his aunt Loretta Perez (Bob, deceased); his aunt Caroldene Fernandez (Cliff); as well as several cousins, three nephews, and two nieces. Also survived by Ashley Hicks and children. Pallbearers include Manny, Nicholas, Patrick and Anthony Tamargo, Brennen and Owen Gil, Anthony Puleo, and Albert Antinori.
Friends and family will be received on Saturday July 15th from 2PM to 3PM followed by Mass at OLPH Catholic Church, 1711 E 11th Ave Tampa, Internment will follow Mass at 4PM and will take place at Centro Asturiano Memorial Park, 5402 E MLK Blvd Tampa 33619. Following internment, a celebration of life for Timmy will be held at the home of Derek and Yvette. All family and friends are welcome.
