William Carr

CARR, William (Bill), 89, of Tampa, passed away on March 8, 2013. Bill was born in Philadelphia, PA on September 19, 1923. Survivors include his beloved wife, of 63 years, Marian Shelia (Heller) Carr, daughters, Beverly Lee Carr, Bette Adrienne Carr, and son, Louis Howard Carr. He was preceded in death by his son, Daniel Harry Carr. Bill served in the Navy as a salvage diver during WWII. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather who loved to golf, swim, fish and listen to classical music. A memorial service will be held at Weinberg Village, 13005 Community Campus Drive, Tampa, FL 33625, on Sunday April 7th at 10:30am. Donations may be made to the Jewish Family services.
