Claudia Chastain

Claudia Chastain passed away on May 18, 2019. She is survived by her loving daughter Debra Herndon, son and daughter-in-law Sean and Tiffany Chastain and grandson Orrin Chastain. Claudia graduated from Hillsborough Community College School Of Nursing as a Registered Nurse. She had a long outstanding career at Tampa General Hospital working as a ER and trauma nurse for 29 years before retiring. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her! Services will take place at Segal Funeral Home on Friday, May 24 with visitation from 6 to 8:00PM and a short service at 7:00PM.
