Richard Kissal

Richard Lincoln Kissal passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2019. Richard was a resident of Tampa for the last three years.  He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Margarita, his three sons Kenneth, Kevin and Keith, and his siblings Renee and Kirk Kissal. Services will take place Saturday, September 28 at Segal Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm with a prayer service at 1:00 pm.
