SUGARMAN, Wallace (age 87), of Lutz, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2020. Born in Brooklyn, New York, to Max and Sarah Sugarman, Wallace attended The City College of New York where he earned his master’s degree in finance and business. For two years, he served in the United States Army and had recently settled down in Florida in January 2020. Wallace was an avid sports fan and enjoyed playing tennis and watching football. Survivors include his wife and soulmate of 40 years, Violet Corring-Sugarman; daughter, Rhonda Sugarman; Son, Marc Sugarman (Maureen), stepchildren; Ronald Corring and Lisa Schlesinger; sister, Gloria Rothstein; sister-in-law, Nini Sugarman, as well as 10 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and friends. A private graveside service will be held at Gan Shalom Cemetery, in Lutz. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Parkinson’s Foundation.
